This property is located on the South West corner of the signalized intersection of Valencia Road and Camino De La Tierra in Tucson Arizona. The property consists of approximately 216,929 S.F. of developable land and is being developed in three phases. Phase I is a 4725 S.F. Gasoline Service Station and Convenience Store. The use of Phase II is a 2000 S.F. Restaurant and 2400S.F. Retail Building. Phase III is anticipated to be two more 2000 S.F. Restaurants.
